Any reproduction, modification, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from Dino Transport SH.P.K is strictly prohibited.

Each driver operates under their own legal and regulatory responsibility.
7. Payments
Payments made via the application are secured and processed by:
Paysera, licensed payment institution.
Dino Transport does not have access to users’ full banking details.
All transactions are protected by encryption protocols compliant with applicable security standards.
8. Conditions of Access to the Service
Use of the application is reserved for:
Adults
Drivers holding the necessary legal authorizations
Dino Transport reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of:
Breach of the terms of use
Fraud
Abusive behavior
Regulatory non-compliance
9. Governing Law
These legal notices are subject to the law applicable in Kosovo.
In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the registered office of Dino Transport SH.P.K.
